EXECUTIVE NOTES:

“I love the drag world, love trans and sex and gender stories, love that it’s set in Florida! I love red state LGBTQ found family, immigrant family stories, that’s all stuff I’m really passionate about.  I think it has beautiful dialogue and it’s been wonderfully written and certain people are performing their asses off as well. Actor playing the mother is amazing, actor playing the main drag queen, Kleo (Cleo?) is amazing, stunning performances from everyone to be honest, really touching monologues, mother and the sister are a great comedy act, dad is obviously an old hand, there’s a couple of really natural incredible moments and some stand-out stars — there are some rising stars here for sure.” — Shauna Joy, Rad Ink Creative Executive / Screenwriter
