DEAD LIST EXECUTIVE BLURB: Scariest shit I’ve ever read and it isn't even close. The writer has done a phenomenal job of weaving a dark, sad, helpless, harrowing tale that burrows deep under your skin. Great eerie tone, evocative setting, and fantastic pacing. It doesn't overreach but is perfectly contained. It begins with the kind of brutality you might expect from something like The Edge, before slipping into the bone-chilling supernatural. There are too many excellent, gruesome descriptions to count but suffice to say it's a truly unsettling piece of writing. Interesting twists and turns and challenges keep it from stagnating as these poor characters are constantly boxed in by this unforgiving environment. And what I really love is that it raises questions as opposed to concerning itself with answering them. That is what horror is supposed to be. — CREATIVE EXECUTIVE SHAUNA JOY
